FinnHook Basic

FinnHook Basic is very similar and provides the same muscle tension-releasing properties of the original hook.

FinnHook Basic is made from the same high-quality birch plywood as the original and is very strong. The end of the handle is flared slightly to assist in a good grip of the hook while massaging and relieving tension in your muscles.

FinnHook Basic does not have a folding handle and is therefore simpler and less expensive product for those just getting started with the FinnHook, or perhaps as a gift idea for those sharing FinnHook with others.

Some prefer the FinnHook Classic for its thicker handle, and the ability to fold for alternative exercises and more compact storage. Otherwise the massage, acupressure and trigger point therapy properties of FinnHook Basic are the same as the Original.
